the years our dinner has become famous- backpackers kept saying
that we should write our recipes down.
When Anna, a lovely German photographer,
agreed to provide photo’s for us we went ahead and put
the recipe book together. It has been a great success. It
contains not just our favourite recipes, but information about
our valley, the hostel and the boat trip as well being full
of fabulous photo’s from Anna.
